That "Wine Down" Plate + Supplies

That “Wine Down” Plate

I’m here to bring you another favorite plate for Valentine’s Day! This is one from my latest cookbook, That Cheese Plate Wants To Party. To me, the plate represents a little treat yourself time, transitioning to a relaxing mood that carries you into the night. This plate channels that energy, with sweet and savory pairings like chocolate covered almonds with a mild, buttery petite brie. I also added in an herbaceous and rich wine-soaked goat’s milk cheese from Spain. This plate celebrates the act of slowing down and savoring the moment with loved ones. Scroll down for a step-by-step, suggested pairings as well as a playlist to enjoy while you snack!
