A Guide To Boards + Supplies from “That Cheese Plate Will Change Your Life”
Here to share with you links to all of the boards and ramekins in my new book, That Cheese Plate Will Change Your Life.
I set out to write this book with the plates and boards in my kitchen that I’ve acquired over the past few years. From basic cutting boards to fancy slates, I searched the internet high and low to find the exact (or close to exact) products for you! The book features 16 plates + boards total, spread throughout 50 cheese plates and six chapters.

A note on serving sizes:
Think about what this plate is for. Is it an appetizer before a big meal? Is it the only food served at your party? That will determine that serving size of your plate. Typically, 3oz of cheese per person is the standard, but I know I can eat more than that. I came up with a simple formula depending on your plate size:
8” Plate - 2 to 4 People
10” Plate - 4 to 6 People
12” Plate - 6 to 8 People
15” Plate - 8 to 12 People
If serving more than 12, just keep restocking the board when it runs low with easy items like crackers or nuts.
Other Plates Featured:

2) Light Green Baking Dish (8x12”) - LINK HERE ($13)
3) Round Porcelain Dinner Plate (12”) - This was from Ikea years ago and I can’t find the link, but any standard dinner plate works!
4) Pyrex Glass Dish (5x8”) - LINK HERE ($11 for 2 pack)
JARS AND RAMEKINS:
The book consists of a variety of 2oz, 4oz and 6oz ramekins. For example, the ramekin on That “Sweet Little Parm” Plate (pictured above on the white and orange plate) is 2oz, while the jam in the ramekin to the right is 4oz. A 6oz ramekin can be found on page 214, to hold items like marinated artichokes, olives or cornichons. Larger serving dishes can be found on page 166 to hold items like burrata or hummus!
